Find Plants By Region

Sadly, I haven't figured out how to (correctly) automatically link within new categories, so if you add tags and want that tag to be a new regional subsection, you'll need to add the category yourself. It's easy enough; just copy the code and edit the relevent bits, as below, or ask Emma to do it for you.
