Wolf continued to laugh as he watched Kashii duck under a nearby bush, slinking inside it as she at the sausages. The other two followed her, but the selfish pup was determined to eat them all on her own, growling at their intruding noses. Watching the vendor poke through the bushes, rattling them, only to be pricked by the sharp twigs, he finally gave up with a curse and headed back to his stand. Catching the mans eye, he shot wolf a nasty glare, blaming him for the pups actions, but not bothering to come over and start a dispute.

Looking over to Piper, he furrowed his brow when he didn't see her. She'd yelled out something, but he'd been staring down the vendor. Looking around for her, he saw her running toward the pups and Fawn. Smirking and shaking his head, he let out a sigh. The amusement was over, and he had his fill of laughter. He didn't think it was necessary for Piper to go after the three... they'd come back eventually. But whatever she wanted to do. As he thought about it, Katah spoke behind him, and he found himself irritated instead of amused. Not even bothering to glance over his shoulder, he spoke to her.

Kashii can handle herself just fine. Besides, the idiot wouldn't know how to catch a fly if it landed in the palm of his hand. There's no way he would lay a finger on my wolf. Looking over his shoulder at her standing there, he frowned. Weren't you leaving? He nearly spat at her. Normally he wasn't so mean tempered, but she always rubbed him the wrong way. He didn't think another soul on this earth could annoy him as much as she did. All of a sudden feeling the need to be nasty, he turned and faced her. Why are you even here anyway? Seriously, Landon only puts up with you because you put out. It was a real jerk thing to say, but Wolf didn't realize, and probably wouldn't have cared if he had.

Katah outright laughed as the vendor gave up getting his sausages back. This is what she loved to see, the havoc that she, her friends, and their pets could create. Kashii can handle herself just fine. Besides, the idiot wouldn't know how to catch a fly if it landed in the palm of his hand. There's no way he would lay a finger on my wolf. She stared at wolf a moment disappointed that he had taken no action. She glowered at him a moment before turning to watch Piper chase the pups. Weren't you leaving? She noticed that he wasn't looking at he when he spoke which caused her temper to rise a bit. Whether i decide to leave or not is my choice, and for your information i have decided to stay for a moment longer. Her voice was heated as she spoke. Why are you even here anyway? Seriously, Landon only puts up with you because you put out. She stared at wolf enraged that he would make such a comment. Walking with a determined reason she closed the gap between herself and wolf rather quickly. Stopping in front of him she brought her hand up to his face and gave him a well deserved, well at least in her opinion, smack. Turning in her heel she walked to the direction of the House to find Landon.

As Taliera stepped back, she tripped, landing heavily on her rump. Blushing furiously at her sudden spill, her jade coloured eyes drifted downward to her clumsy feet. The woman could see the offending object that had triggered her fall: a simple, discarded box, an object once a packaging but now litter. The rosiness in cheeks dulled slightly as she got to her feet, scolding herself for the wonderful impression she must be making to anyone that passingly glanced in her direction.

No matter where she walked, the anyeli couldn't walk away from her own self. At home she had been teased for a while over her own clumsiness. That was at least before the silence her self-enforced isolation swallowed her own voice. Hardly anyone would tolerate constant rebuke of that nature, and so she had forced her presence on fewer. Those were the ones that viewed her as an unquenched fountain of liquefied joy. It was a shame that such things are simply in the eyes of the beholder.

Taliera brushed the dirt off of her dress, looking around with the feeling of being very small coursing through her. Aimlessly she began to wander around, hoping to catch sight of the cafe she searched for. She would want to be home before she turned to the state of being miserably old and decrepit.

(Human, Lisa, played by Des)

Lisa walked through the portal from NYC into Market square. As she entered rounded the corner she saw a young man staring at a wolf pup who was trying to to take a hot dog vendors meat off the side of the stand. She stood watching as the vendor chased after the pup and her companions. Doubling over with laughter as she watched the vendor give up on the chase tears welled up in her eyes she was laughing so hard. That's something I've seen so many times growing up in NY Looking up once more she noticed that an anyeli had been in the midst of the whole scenario and as she had stepped back she had tripped and fell on her bottom. Lisa gasped it looked like that had been a rather nasty fall especially on pavement. Running over she watched as the anyeli stood up and brushed herself off obviously embarrassed. As the anyeli stared to walk off she caught up with her. Hey you are you ok? You should probably stay out of the midst of a runnig wolf pup and an angry vendor. She said breathlessly, chuckling slightly. Now that she had a good view of the anyeli's face she noticed that she seemed sort of meek in a way. A tad bit lost hun? She smiled kindly she wanted to help this person.

Taliera stared at the woman for a minute, pressing her lips tightly together to form a thin line before she brought herself to speak. As her voice crossed the air, the anyeli's eyes shied away from this stranger's face. She seemed to be kind enough, but still...

"I'm fine, thanks." Though well used to falling. Silly Taliera, you're very first conversation away from home initiated because you are obviously foreign. Such a wonderful way to clear your track record. Taliera raised her chin, her gaze venturing tentatively back to this new acquaintance. The woman didn't have wings; she definitely wasn't a fellow anyeli, but Taliera couldn't see anything that would identify her as anything specific. Best she could figure, it wouldn't be polite to ask such a question anyhow, so she settled for answering the one asked of her.

"Erm... Actually, yes. I was looking for the café, but this place is rather..." Taliera trailed off for a moment, searching for the exact adjective she could use to describe the square. After a moment she gave up, for she could think of none too overpowering or either belittling. She just would give it to the woman's mind to fill in what Taliera had left blank.

"I got directions from a... friend, but it seems that her turns and memory might have been slightly askew." Taliera was quick to try and make herself seem not quite as small in this new place, but she had to be careful. Admitting that she had taken directions from someone not quite as friendly as she would like would let others know of her occassional naivete, be it though of good heart.

(Lisa, human, played by Des)

The expression on the anyeli's face before she answered her seemed to be one of uncertainty, and when she did speak her eyes averted Lisa's own. I'm fine, thanks Lisa nodded kindly at the newcomer. Now that she really thought about the situation no matter how funny the incident between the vendor and the pup had seemed to be it was out right dangerous for animals to be running wild with out leashes on them. Lisa looked over at the anyeli and noticed that she herself was being looked over. It wasn't surprising many Others had tried to figure out her species in the same manner, but with out wings on her back or the stench of a demon it would be hard to figure out if she was a shifter, vampire, or human. You don't have to be shy about asking an other about their species, I'm a human. She said with a wink.

Erm... Actually, yes. I was looking for the café, but this place is rather... As the anyeli started to think about an adjective that suited the Market Lisa thought of one that she had used herself. This place is a bit of a mad house isn't it? As the anyeli started to explain her story Lisa nodded, This place had been changed several times over before, finally ending in the underground. No problem i can show you where the cafe is. Just watch out for more animals in the walkways. Everyone here seems to think that since there aren't automobiles here in Elysia that they can let their pets run wild. Resulting in, well you saw the vendor and the wolf pups. As she walked down market she talked, eventually coming to the block with the cafe located in it. Smiling she turned to face the anyeli, they had reached their location.
