Destiny looked up at Kaida her eyes locked with hers. Turning her head in the direction that Kaida turned to look she spotted Ryden lowering her bow and bit her lip. Had she really lost control that much? As the two dragons disappeared Destiny turned back to Kaida only to her looking at her too. She watched as Kaida shifted into her human form, cringing at the tone in her voice and the expression on her face. Standing up slowly she looked around for the dagger she had dropped in the fight. Catching a shimmer of silver in the sunlight she walked over and put the weapon back in her hilt.

As Kaida walked away from her she hesitantly followed at the leaders command, but kept her distance, though she knew if Kaida really wanted to hurt her she would. She knew the terrain around them and figured that they were close to the lakeside portal. "Care to tell me what happened back there?" Destiny looked at Kaida an expression of shock coming over her. She had not expected to get the chance to talk, she had expected her not to listen, and just deal out the punishment.

Thinking back to what had happened in Pipers shop she cringed. Remembering the crazed look of the red dragons eyes she growled. "He reminds me so much of that brute from Pipers shop. The strength and uncaring nature of what he says and does. The way he treats women. It drives me insane, to think that one day he could turn out to be just like him" She trembled with anger as she spoke. Her ears and tail turning into that of a wolfs as she started to lose control. Her black claws formed on her hands. Closing her eyes she took a deep breath trying to control her animal instincts.

Kaida laughed, almost menacingly, as Destiny spoke of the 'brute' from Piper's shop. Zephyr was a brute alright. And as of late, he seemed to be a right censored. But Kaida knew him back before his abrupt change in personality. Of course... she'd been gone for quite some time, and had changed herself too. In fact, he'd been the first person that she'd seen when returning to Elysia after killing the entire VG. He'd been kind then... caring. Wanting to help her, despite the fact that she'd wanted nothing to do with him. When his dragon appeared, Kaida knew he'd only meant to help, but even now, though she'd not admit to anyone, dragons scared her. Quietly making a mental note to banish all beast dragons from Kuma, including the ones Ryden and Falaris might befriend, she continued walking.

Shaking her head slightly, Kaida spoke rather matter-of-factly. "You know better than that Destiny. Falaris is an arrogant man, but easily broken. I'd not have accepted him into our borders if I thought otherwise." Stopping, she turned toward the shifter, noticing her changed for the first time. "I don't care if you hate him, but you will not fight him with intent to harm. Quarrels within Kuma will only serve to give weak spots that can crush this tribe. If you do anything to further cause the downfall of Kuma, I'll take your life myself." Glaring at her slightly, Kaida's eyes soften slightly as she turned away from the shifter and continued walking.

There were more horrible things out there than what Destiny was going through. And she knew the girl knew that. What it really came down to, was a hatred for Zephyr. "If you want revenge, by all means, take it. But on the correct person that you feel it for." Zephyr lost whatever little feeling she had for him long ago. As well as her protection from, not only her tribe, but herself as well.

Destiny jumped slightly at Kaida's laughter wondering what was so funny. She listened to Kaida's reasoning for Falaris induction into the tribe. opening her eyes she gained control and shifted herself back into a full human. Stopping abruptly as Kaida did she glared back at her a fire in her eyes. Like hell she would die by Kaida's hands and if she did she would be sure to leave a mark for her to remember her by. Seeing the tribe leaders eyes grow soft as she turned away and continued to walk, Destiny half-smiled and followed her. Grinning as she got the permission to take out Zephyr she continued to walk one step behind Kaida. Before she would go try to handle the dragon she would need to calm herself.

She had yet to tell Kaida about the house on the coast and mostly for good reason. Very few of the Kuma girls knew about it and that was because they had helped her build it. She was unsure of how Kaida would react to her not living in the camp but she would not be able to stay there until she had dealt with Zephyr. Standing a distance away she spoke softly at first slowly building her confidence. "Kaida I will not be staying in Valhalla but in my own quarters on the coast, it's not but a weeks walk from Valhalla, perhaps about three days if you run as a canine. Also it's not even a day away from the portal. This in no way meaning that i am abandoning Valhalla, nor am I leaving Kuma. But i will not stay in the same vicinity as Falaris, not at the cost of me trying to kill him." She stopped walking and stared at Kaida determined to stand her ground.

She'd seen the look that Destiny had given her, and didn't need to be a telepath to understand what it meant. She was defiant, more and more so as of late. It was true, Kaida had brought in the girls under a different perspective, but as she grew, so did Kuma. And the girls had to understand it, and adjust accordingly. As it was then, she'd only kill if one were to betray the tribe. Now... she'd kill if one threatened it. Piper... she wasn't a threat. Sure, she knew things, but the girl was to weak and scared to tell anyone about it. If anything, she'd tell her weak fledgling of a boyfriend, and even then neither could do anything about it.

Stepping around a rotting log fallen from a nearby tree, Kaida continued toward the lake. As Destiny began to speak, a smirk shadowed her face, not once missing a beat of her walk. As Destiny stopped, her mini speech having been completed, Kaida slowed, then turned to face her companion. Looking her directly in the eyes, not once wavering, Kaida walked forward, stopping merely inches from the girls face. "You think I don't know about your cabin upon the coast?" Lifting a brow, she looked down her nose at Destiny. "You'll remain in Valhalla." Turning her back on the shifter, Kaida continued forward.

She allowed the members of Kuma free reign now, but with the knowledge that their loyalties come first to the tribe. Most stayed within Valhalla, though few went about their business without bothering telling Kaida. She didn't care, of course, as all returned to her at some point. But running away from problems was not allowed, nor tolerated. "Until you can control your anger... yet again, you will not leave Kuma's borders." Her revenge would have to be put on hold. And an escort would follow her wherever she went. Zani would be good for that.

Gritting her teeth as Kaida stood mere inches from her face Destiny's stare did not waver. She wasn't surprised that Kaida had known about the hut on the shore even though she hadn't told her about it. What really ticked her off was that unlike the others in the tribe she was once again demoted because of her fiery temper. It was just the way she was and keeping her caged up only made it worse. "Until you can control your anger... yet again, you will not leave Kuma's borders." Her eyes narrowing Destiny turned away from her leader. "Fine Kaida, if you order it. Have who ever you want to follow me. " She gritted her teeth as she spoke wondering what the hell she was going to do now.

Not only could she now get to Luna to care for the horse, or give her some sort of shelter, now she couldn't even get to Zephyr. This was censored to have to be tailed constantly as if she were some sort threat to the camp. Turning back to face Kaida she held back frustrated tears. "If you insist on keeping me here. Then send some one to care for Oriel she should be in back forest of the Coast she needs food. " Destiny's spirit was beginning to break slowly as she spoke, though she didn't shed a tear they were clearly visible in her eyes as they doused the flame that was there moments ago.

Destiny needed to get it into check about just how badly her emotions could cause her to end up dead. Kaida... had gone through a blind rage upon the VG, and although had enough sense to plot out her escape, she'd left the place, hanging onto life by a strand. That anger... that fury, it had broke her. She was not the same person she used to be. Although anger... was a part of who she was, she could block most of it out now. No doubt the shifter still had a vendetta against Piper, and obviously Zephyr, but Kaida no longer held the same resentments. If she saw Piper, she'd taunt the poor girl, scare her perhaps, or even try and recruit her again. Who knew. But if she held anger... she could get herself killed. Easily. Destiny needed to realize that there was a time and place for anger. She can dislike Falaris, but she shouldn't be trying to kill him. Her actions caused Kaida to be bruised, the red patch visible on her back where the Dragon had punched. Her actions almost got herself killed. Struck by Rydens arrow.

Pausing at Destiny's request, Kaida smiled to herself. "Falaris will go. He'll bring your horse here." She knew it would censored the shifter off, but this was just another issue she'd have to overcome. If they were to co exist, Dragon and Shifter, they would both need to learn to get along. Destiny knew the risk when joining Kuma, and she'd known the risk when playing bait for Falaris. To allow herself to be caught up in the anger, this was the result.

Turning toward Destiny, Kaida walked over to her, pausing before her. Reaching out to cup the girls face in her own, Kaida gazed into her beautiful golden eyes. Sifting her gaze to the girls lips, she spoke softly, almost seductively. "I'll train you myself. And I'll take you to visit Zephyr." Tilting her head slightly, her lips hovering before Destinys, she follows through, but diverts to the girls ear. "Lets go." Releasing her, Kaida turns, then slips through the portal, heading for the market street.

Destiny stared shocked at Kaida, Falaris would bring her horse?? What the censored kinda censored was that! She wouldn't have let him come near her companion with a five foot pole. Gulping rather uncomfortably she nodded swallowing her anger, if Kaida said he would get Oriel then it would happen, but so help her if one hair on her companions body was harmed the dragon would have hell to pay. Watching as Kaida walked over to her she had expected to be hit by the shifter. Closing her eyes she waited for the smack to come.

Feeling the soft skin and warmth of Kaida's hand on her face, Destiny opened her eyes and found herself staring into Kaida's beautiful green eyes. Inhaling sharply as Kaida's gaze shifted to her lips Destiny's heart raced as she spoke softly, and seductively telling her that she was going to train her herself. As her head tilted Destiny parted her lips ready to kiss Kaida's lips. Kaida stopped short of her teasing her with hovering lips and Destiny bit her lower lip to resist the urge of completing the space between them. Feeling Kaida's soft breath in her ear Destiny nodded. and followed her through the portal. "Damn her for being such a sexy looking tease!"
