Walking slowly, her canine pads carrying her over the cobbled stone of the market street, she slowly made her way to Zephyr's shop. Destiny was in no way ready for a confrontation with him, but she wanted to observe the brute of a man, and watch Destiny observing him. Her emotional outbreak in Piper's shop let Kaida to realize that Destiny thought of them as being closer than they really were. Something she would have to beat out of her eventually. Of course Kaida cared for her tribe mates, especially Destiny, but she didn't want the love lingering in the air when it came down to decisions. Ryden and her sister had gone through a specific test, just to prove to Kaida that they wouldn't be stupid when it came down to it. If saving one meant risking your own life, when it was clear you'd receive the same fate, you could not do it. Kaida would risk her life for her tribe mates... she died for them. But no longer would she place herself into harms way unless she was positive that the outcome would be worth it. Destiny... she needed to be tested. How Kaida planned to do it, she hadn't a clue.
Turning to gaze at the small black pup following her movements, Kaida continued forward, making her way to Zephyr's shop. Pausing several yards away, unable to see inside, she lowered herself to her haunches, her tail curling around her body. Looking through canine eyes, she watched several people walk by, their daily routine not allowing them to see the spotted female sitting in plain view. Without a collar to prove domesticated, she often wondered what people thought of her. Then again... she wasn't the only Therian in Elysia. Had she gone to Earth however, no doubt she'd find herself locked in some type of kennel or shelter.
Perking her ears slightly, she remained where she was, speaking softly to Destiny. "I've found out something about you today, that I hadn't known before." Pausing, Kaida left her eyes on the closed door of Zephyrs shop. "I need you to tell me all your demons here and now Destiny, so we can squash them." Be it killing who they needed to kill, or training Destiny to the point where the past didn't matter, it needed to be done. She'd done it herself, it was Destiny's turn.
