It seems Xanth just loves her costume parades! This time the theme is Pirates, and from the wording on the invitation it seems she expects everyone to dress up.

As always, there'll be a trophy for the best costume as voted by you OOCly and judged by Xanth ICly. ^^ And as always, we'll be using dollmakers, such as the ones at The Doll Palace, to show off our costumes. =D

So! Post your dolls here on this thread before midnight (EFT) on the 7th of August and judging will commence on the 8th. ^^ Remember to link back to the dollmaker you use (it doesn't have to be TDP), but most of all HAVE FUN! Yers, zat is an order. ::

(Only characters attending the party will actually be eligible for winning (Xanth can't won't judge costumes if she can't see them! :). Don't let that stop you from showing off your character in pirate form, though, even if you can't attend the main event. ^^)

I'm not sure when I'll be closing the costume competition now though, so the faster you get your dolls up and join the party, the better. :wink:
