Rumour: There are naga in the sewers! They were younglings that poachers brought into the city as pets but once they grew too big to handle they were flushed away. Scary, man!

((The linked rumour isn't specific to any town; I should think any that have sewers would have similar rumours.))

Update: There really are naga in Alexandria's sewers! And one seems to have snagged a Nymph for lunch...
This is a staff NPC account used by the Official Writers. Why not request an appearance?
