I apologize for being such a needy trouble-maker, but I can't seem to validate my account. I press the validate button, the email comes, I click the link and complete the form and it thanks me for resetting my password and still says I am not validated. I tried this a few times and it keeps doing the same thing...
Is it possible for a staff-person to correct this for me?
