Citizens are floored with the return of the city's local shrieking ghost, a woman with the face of an angel and dark hair, whom they say, wanders the city at night in search of her brutalized child.
Last night, it's scream was heard from rooftop to rooftop,
While some herald the return of the female ghost as an omen of luck, others detest it as it is a reminder of a solemn crime that officials failed to prevent.
The children of the city plan to scour the graveyard again in hopes of finding the ghost's resting place, in order to place flowers and incense, hoping that it will give the entity peace and perhaps the strength to pass on into the next life.
