I've updated the quest system so you can now claim rewards for quests whether or not they're completed, as long as you've made visible efforts to finish them, if other participants haven't posted in two weeks or more. I've also tweaked the way evaluators award the goodies to increase the pay-out, so now's a good time to go questing!
