Currently an undergraduate studying biological sciences... I used to RP a lot a lot (2years ago) but then real life took over and my RP buddy moved overseas and I lost my muse and D8
Anyway on a happier note I recently started to put in an effort to do things that I enjoy again.. Which include writing RPing and drawing. not always in that order but yea ^^

Am looking forward to RPing with the people on this board, especially since everyone seems pretty experienced RPers =D
Don't hesitate to point out errors I make and please feel free to gimme advice~ *bows*

Hi, Pchan, welcome to EF! I'm Emma, I'm 30 *bawl* and I'm British. I play... Actually I have too many characters, really, but the active ones right now are Kiel (Rutilus Dracovarian), Maaike (Therian), Jericho (Peteulanus Dracovarian) and, sometimes, Zozeko (Zanaryan Djinn). Xanth also pops out for some socialising every now and then, but she's a bit of an odd one to RP, hehe.

I'm so happy that you chose EF to start back into RPing. I know the lore can be a bit overwhelming (do I get my medal yet for understatement?), so please don't hesitate to grab me if you need help with anything. The other members are all awesome, as well, and will help if I'm not around. (They accept cookie bribes, if you're desperate.)

Also, don't be afraid to spam post a lot. I love me a good and active forum. And I'm usually online every day, except for when I'm not. *chortle*

I see you're playing a Zanaryan! (I really like your suggestions in the New Player Survey, thank you. I'll see what we can do about setting up some ready-made families to join, and not just for Zanaryans. ) I'd be very interested in developing a relationship between Faris and my Zozeko, who is a pirate/sailor/merchant/can-I-get-away-with-only-looking-busy-right-now?/amateur qitarist. He's from Paia, so I think there's room for some rivalry, as well as efforts to forge a business relationship. Like, Zeko's crew has to get their food supplies from somewhere, right, and Faris is a fisherman, so... *waggles eyebrows* They could also help supply any materials when Faris' ship needs repairs (for a fee, of course).

ETA: Or, ooh! The Artega (Zeko's ship) could attack Faris' ship. They wouldn't normally go after fishing boats, but maybe they've got (bad) intel that it's a cargo vessel in disguise? /edit

Also, Kiel is very easy to hate get along with. I don't think Faris would like him because he does everything your guy seems to hate (invades personal space without a second thought, talks non-stop, etc), but that wouldn't stop Kiel from talking to him.

Jericho and Maaike, on the other hand, are your quintessential racists. Maaike would give him a chance if he proved he was worth it, but her Therian nose is quite sensitive. Jericho just doesn't care, really. If he can sell something to Faris, great. If not, what the heck is this bat-wing doing in his realm?

So, I better go and actually approve your app. I just wanted to say hi first! Also, your English is very good, I'm a little jealous; I live here and still can't talk right.

Yea I was a bit worried about the sheer amount of lore to keep in mind. But with you (and presumably the rest of the board) helping to remind about stuff I forget, it's not going to be as big a challenge as I thought initially =D

Love your plot ideas, I'm interested in RPing with Zozeko too :3 and Faris could use a vessel to smuggle him far far away from Espur when the Purifier's Guild gets too much for him as well ;D
and of course where Zanaryans gather rivalry and politicking is never too far behind +_+

Eh really? =D My first language is English and i did RP in the past so that might explain it ^^
I don't know about talking, but you write just fine~ The wiki is great and your character's profiles are lovely to read ;D

PS. and I thought I might put this here just in case, because my posting activity/speed...is unpredictable. Generally it's two replies every 1-3 days, but if there's a lot of schoolwork to be done during that week.... D: I will check the forum/pms daily though, so I'll give a heads up beforehand to the people affected if I'm going to go underground for more than 5days. =d

To be honest, I have to reread stuff now and then myself, especially if it hasn't been used lately, so no worries about forgetting stuff. Once you're more familiar with the main stuff, it's easier to know where to look for minor stuff, then, and we'll definitely help. I'm just glad my writing's not too confusing!

Ooooh, I like the idea of Faris joining the crew every once in a while. He's probably handy with ship's rigging for his job, right, so he can either pay for passage or work it off. I think at first Zeko would be a little pleased to have Zanaryan company (not counting his son ) but then get more and more aggravated. That or they could become good friends despite their rivalries. Iiiiiinteresting.
