Removing semi-retirement Rate Topic: -----

In light of the changes to the retirement system mentioned here, I have removed the semi-retirement option from the Prize Shop. You can ask for characters to be moved into the NPC group instead. For further details, please read the "NPC" section of the Retirement System page. ^^
