The Librarian

As you're chatting to a stranger one day, he begins to complain about his work. "I'm sure people think we just give away free books, but that really is not the case! Every book we lend out simply must be returned — or certainly paid for! — but we have a number of lenders who are terribly overdue. The library has limited funds, but I'm sure we could afford to reward you a little if you should, say, come across these good-for-nothings and help them see the error of their ways?" When you agree to help, the librarian surreptitiously gives you a list of names of people you should "bump into".

Objectives:

• "Bump into" the people on Nerva's list
  
• Convince them it would be in their best interests to return the books
  
• Optional: If they plead off because they "don't have time", offer to return the books for them
  
• Optional: If they simply refuse, follow them home and look for the books yourself
  
• Optional: Report anyone who's illegally sold their borrowed books to the Varangoi
  
• Optional: Keep any books you find for yourself or to trade

Minimum reward:

• +/-1 fame from Yemolasi
  
• A copy of Air Marshal Konstantinos' Stratagems for Aerial Combat OR Marzio's Diplomacies
  
• ζ100 from the Noticeboard OR from trading in the books you found
