A pair of neighbours are constantly arguing over garden equipment, with both of them trying to claim ownership. Other neighbours have gotten so tired of their fighting that they've hired you to sort things out.

Thomas Wynfendale: "That darned neighbour of mine borrowed my ladder months ago and won't give it back even though I've asked a million times. I know he knows where it is, too! Get it back for me, will ya? I don't care how."

Michael Armstrong: "That blasted Wynfendale keeps trying to steal my ladder! I've hidden it as best I can but he just won't quit! I'd pay to get him off my back, by whatever means necessary."

Congratulations!

The gardening tools are back where they should be and the locals are gossiping about puppy love. Thomas receives fewer complaints about Carson's pranks now that Read is spending more time with him, and suggestions that the Wynfendales are behind the thefts have died down. Michael Armstrong is still a grumpy old man and likely nothing anyone ever does or says will change that, but he is pleased to have his ladder back in his own garden (even if he never uses it...)

Good news! You are becoming familiar locally as being quite the neighbourly chap, so expect a few invitations to family get-togethers and street festivals around your neighbourhood. :3
