That's about 8-10am in the UK, and midnight-2am PST. I'm not sure about other timezones, but needless to say if the site is down for you around that date, this is probably why. However, if it's down longer than two hours (and it shouldn't even be that long), please email me so I can send in a ticket or something. :3
