[Extai]

Extai

Is a traveling Nymph who just happens to be in Marport at this time. She hope to meet some new people and learn of other places she Might travel to. Extai often runs with the wind so the max time she will be seen in or around Marport will be at max about 2 months.

Plot

There's something going on around the city. It's not as deep as what secrets Marport holds, but it's enough to catch Extai's and others interest. A creature is hiding in the skin of a woman and is killing the creatures that reside in Marport. Extai is not one for violence but it's the link and claim left on the victim before they are killed that has her interested. In each killing there is left a clue as to the identity of the women, a part of a creatures body is carved into the body of the victims. So far there has been a paw, the tip of a tail, and a feather. And the claim made is a faint triangle that has been scratched into the bottom right hand side of the victims door. What is the woman's motive and who will be her next target?

Plot Starting Example

Extai is standing outside of Marport city when something, or rather someone catches her eyes. When she turned her head to look fully at them they seemed not to be there. Shrugging it off she turns back to the city. It seems cramped and smells much of sea water. It's bitter and makes her want to rub her eyes. When she goes to raise her arm she notices the person again. Only this time they are closer.

Oooh, my Zanaryan, Zozeko, could be in Marport, or I could NPC his wife/kids. He's an elemental gunner aboard the Artega, which is still limping after the tsunami-quake, but they're desperate for work at this stage (to pay for repairs) so they might have risked the channel crossing from Espur where they were last.

I'm a bit slow on approving right now, but I seriously always welcome new stuff. (Really. Just ask Lau and Joy. ) Your creature sounds like it could be a parasite of some sort; I've got ideas for a couple of parasites for Acantha, since that seems like the kind of place they'd be prevalent. Maybe it came through the portal to Elysia in one of the NPC members of the Vanguard (the group that went into Acantha during the recent plot). In the two months since their return, it could have hopped hosts and wound up on Dardanos for Extai to find.

For me, either way, Zeko or his family -- or ooh, maybe one of Kiel's family -- would work best. I can't think why any of my other characters would be there just now, and Kiel himself isn't likely to be in Marport any more even for a trip home since he has Pria (his dragon) to ferry him. Poor Marport, they don't know what they're missing.

So we have some idea's being thrown around in a group chat, Ill add you there and send you the main details but right now we are leaning towards a shifter of some sorts. There are two that im really looking at, ones a creature and the other is a race we can play. But it's just ideas. Haven't fully came to a conclusion.

Also I would love to submit lore on other creatures this place might have just for the fun of it. (Not crappy submits I promise)

And I like the sound of your characters coming in. I think I like the idea of maybe your NPC family maybe being on of the next targets? Or something like that?
