Balloon Dart Vampire, played by Zeem

The vampire looked up, surprised to see yet another customer. Well hello, hello! he crooned, smiling. [b]It's one dollar a dart, and four dollars for five! You just take a dart, choose a square (see diagram) to aim at, and go! If you hit, you could win one of these plushies, every pop is gueranteed a prize!

[Criera]

Criera peered around, trying to make out what was going on. Suddenly, a gryphon took flight, looking like he was carrying three people on his back. Woah... what was that? I'm going to go check it out.
She made a grab for Lily's hand, and started running towards the crowd. If anyone had gotten hurt, well, she just wished it wasn't like Xandra. That she couldn't handle. Anything else, though, she would help in any way she could.

[Nymphadora]

Nymphadora frowned. That would have been nice to have, but it wasn't likely, and she knew that. Closing her notepad, she put it away along with her pen. Smiling at him, she held out her hand. It was nice to meet you Dialto, and i'll try my hardest. But I just want to let you know, its going to be hard to find him, if not impossible. I'm terribly sorry this happened to your friend. She said sympathetically

Taking another look at the clothing on the ground, she smiled at Dialto one last time before moving away. Instead of heading back to the party like she wanted to, she made her way towards the portal. She needed to get to work. On more than one thing.

[Piper]

Piper looked around in search of someone she knew, shaking her head as she did so. So many of them were in costume, she could walk right past Elise and not know it. Tom though... He was tall, he stood out in the crowd, and for some reason she could usually sense his nearness so if she could just...

She was jostled as someone pushed past her, jerking around just in time to see a huge bird thing take off, carrying passengers. Her jaw dropped and she spun to look at Cal, speechless. She started to blabber about it, asking if he'd seen anything like it when she realised he probably had. He was an angel, he'd lived in Elysia all his life, that kind of thing was probably commonplace to him.

Blushing, she touched a finger to her forehead and slouched onto one hip. Lifting her head, she spotted a group behind Cal, partially obscured by his wings. Tilting her head to look around him, she spotted Tom and grinned.

Tom! She grabbed Cal's hand, still smiling as she tried to tug him toward Tom and his friends. Tom!

[Lily]

Lily gave a start of surprise when she felt Criera grab her hand - then suddenly she was running along behind her, smiling as she felt the familiar exhilaration she always got from lots of exercise bubble up inside. "Bye, Alieh! It was nice to meet you!" She cried as she ran, her free hand waving in a vague direction behind her in the hope that Alieh would see it.

Looking ahead as she ran, Lily noticed that the crowd had already begun to disperse, and only a few people were now around the tree. She slowed her step into a light jog as she pointed it out, extending a finger to point it at the tree as she said, "Oh, look, nearly everyone has gone now. Do you think it's already been taken care of?" It didn't appear as if any help was needed, but there might still be someone who knew what had gone on, Lily considered. But who to ask? Lily's eyes darted around, looking for someone she recognised; not that it helped much, considering she didn't know many people yet and even those she did know would be in costume. Trusting Criera to decide whether to ask someone -and who to ask - about whatever had happened, Lily remained silent for once, the lingering tense atmosphere and darkening night having affecting her usual bubbly disposition.

[Eivyonydd]

After Vyon had been introduced to Tom, the mood surrounding the little group became a tad awkward. He already knew Daoine so no introductions were necessary but it sort of felt like she was a little excluded. He didn’t know her that well, but he didn’t want her to feel left out, especially when it was Scarlett and he that had barged into their conversation.

After Scarlett had handed out the drinks, Vyon smiled and nodded towards Daoine hoping to include her a little more. He wasn’t sure she noticed, and when Scarlett tried to explain why she hadn’t got the dragon a drink, Vyon just sunk into his own drink as the awkwardness of the situation grew.

He took a small sip of his drink at first. It tasted nice and didn’t seem to affect him badly so he tried a little more. That was when he heard someone calling for Tom through the crowd. Glancing in the direction he saw Piper and Cal through the crowd. He lowered his drink and brightened up, hopefully some of his other friends could help alleviate the tension that seemed be spreading throughout the party.

[Scarlett]

As Scarlett stood, everybody else mute, she sighed loudly. Feeling akward for being the cause of the tension she decided she should probably leave. Tipping the rest of her drink down her throat, she hiccuped slightly, before looking at all the individuals stood with her.
"Well, I'm pretty beat, so I think I'll be off. Have a great night guys." Scarlett smiled at them all, accompianing that smile with a flirtatious wink to Vyon. Placing her empty cup on the table, she waved once more, before striding of purposefully, at the somewhat diminished crowd.

[Tom]

Tom watched Scarlett walk away, a little sad. He'd wanted to spend more time with her, but maybe the company just wasn't right at the moment. Still, there'd be other times. Just as he was musing over when he could see his sister again, he heard his name being called, and saw Piper coming his way, dragging a guy behind her. Tom's eyes flashed suspiciously, but he attempted to calm himself down-Piper could be with another guy, he, Tom, was the one who thought she needed some time without him. He smiled.

"Heya Piper!" He said, and went to give her a hug.

[Piper]

Smiling brightly, Piper dropped Cal's hand to race the last few steps and walked into Tom's arms, beaming up at him. She'd hoped he'd manage to get to the party, he needed some time off, probably even some time away from her.

She reached up on tiptoe to kiss him, pulling back when she saw him looking at Cal suspiciously. Planting a kiss on his chin, she dropped back and smiled. This is Cal, I met him in New York.

The tense atmosphere was still there and she looked around, wondering what was causing it. Is everything okay? Things seem... off.

She twisted slightly as a voice called out: Party's over, people! The Imps want their forest back. C'mon guys, shoo! It seemed pretty rude but almost before the voice had stopped yelling the trees began to rustle. Glancing up, Piper was stunned to see rows and rows of tiny little faces peering down at the partygoers with beady black eyes through foliage. She swallowed a bit nervously, those imps - if that's what they were - didn't look particularly friendly.

She watched as people were shooed toward the portal, none of them in much of a hurry to leave. Even if they were being tossed out rather abruptly, it looked like the party was a good one.
