[Aldea]

Aldea leaned against the tree. Looking up at the night sky, she bought a necklace out of her pocket and looked back down at it. It was ages ago I last looked at the stars with you. She thought, tightening her grasp on the charm which hung off the gold chain.

It had been a few days since she had run off, and she had yet to make friends. She had heard of the party happening in the forest, but decided to go against attending the party. Normally, Aldea would have been more than delighted to go to a party, if conditions hadn't changed.

Aldea looked back up at the sky and sighed. Watch over me, okay?

[Criera]

Criera wandered around the park, finally sitting down on a bench. She leaned back her head and looked up at the stars, silently naming the constellations.
As they always did whenever she was alone, her thoughts wandered to Xandra. As kids, they had been unseperable. Instead of shunning Criera like most older sisters do, she brought her everywhere she went with her friends. She knew Xandra's best friends as well, if not better, than she did her own.
But then, things started to change. Xandra started hanging out with a different group of people, and Criera wasn't allowed to tag along. She knew Xandra was doing something bad, but she didn't know what. Finally, her parents sent her off to Elysia, and Criera had wanted to follow, but her parents made her stay. One day, her parents no longer knew where she was. Criera kept getting letters though. Xandra always sent letters. Until they stopped, of course.
Why did you leave? Why didn't you just stay with us? What did you do?

[Scarlett]

Scarlett had originally intended to go straight back to her sanctuary after leaving the big apple tree, but she had glanced up as she walked and saw what a beautiful night it was. Seeing another small park, lined with trees, she couldn't resist the temptation to go and relax, after all, she had intended to do so earlier, before she offered to help that demon..
Making her way through the shadows, Scarlett shivered slightly, it was suprisingly cold, and she wasn't really dressed for the weather in jeans and a lightweight jacket. Rubbing her hands together to gain some warmth, she saw a tree with a little area carved out of its base. Looks exactly like a seat, she thought. Making her way towards the tree she snuggled down into its base, suprised at its comfyness for something so hard. Looking around the park, she couldn't see anything, yet she sensed that somebody else was here. Shrugging, she figured if whoever was there left her alone she would leave them alone.

[Aldea]

Aldea opened her eyes when she heard a movement. She replaced the necklace in her pocket and scanned the trees for any signs of movement. There was someone lurking behind a tree to her left. Probably a random star gazer. She thought. Then again, behind a tree isn't exactly the most appropriate to star gaze. Better get going just incase. Aldea got up from her spot and began making her way to a tree further away from the stranger. Better safe than sorry. She thought, remembering one of her many sayings.

[Scarlett]

Scarlett heard rustling just to the right of her, moving her gaze downwards she saw a figure moving from one tree to another. I'm obviously not the only person who's paranoid in this park, she thought. Feeling a little mischevious, Scarlett got up slowly, and made her way towards where she believed the figure to be sitting.
Staring back up at the sky, Scarlett had to bite her lip hard to stop her from laughing, clearly, it was something she hadn't tried since she'd been turned, as she managed to draw blood.
"OUCH!" Scarlett yelped inadvertedly, holding her breath, she wondered if she had given her little game up.

[Kaeldra]

Kaeldra walked into the park and sat down in some grass, and in full view of the full moon she collapsed to her knees and tears streamed down her face
Why? she thought why did you leave me? Her heart screamed to forget the past but she couldnt. She held the locket around her neck that was so intricately engraved and when she opened it up, it had two pictures, stifling another sob she tried to stop the memories from coming back but somehow that made it worse.

"Everyone lets hear it for Kaeldra!" a voice called. Your attention is foucused on a group of people surronding a large fire, theres a couple there, they both have chesnut hair and gray wings, the girl is held in the mans arms and she blishs profoundly as her her boyfreind said her name. As the others raise their cups in agreement Kaeldra smiled and looked at her freinds. Three other girls and one guy are also around the fire. Two of them are joking at each other and you make the corrext assumption that they are indeed, brother and sister.The other girls are bust chatting about something, there legs curled towards the fire and their mouths moving so fast you wonder how they breathe. The girl in the couple wraps a tatty quilted blanket around her and her boyfreind and shhe falls asleep on his chest..."

The present came flooding back and she only cried louder, there was something about the nights of the full moon that this came back, as she traced there picture she whispered somthing
"Riven, Niveria, Mason. Where are you? I found Kaeldra and Lyf but your still gone.

[Aldea]

"Ouch!"

Aldea's head snapped up. Now what? She stood up, penknife in her hand, ready to attack if necessary. She backed behind the neighbouring tree and spyed the stranger. Let's see who you are. Aldea crept behind the figure and held her knife to her neck.

"Don't move." She threatened.

Seeing in the dark wwas usually a problem for Aldea, but right now she could tell that the person who was supposedly following her was a girl. Ah well, always good to play along. She thought, menacingly.

Please refrain from godmodding other people's characters.

[Scarlett]

Scarlett tensed slightly as she sensed the person behind her, a knife held to her neck.
"Don't move."
Scarlett relaxed slightly, she could tell it was a girl, and seeing as she herself was quite a strong vampire she felt she could comfortably take this threatening stranger. Quickly, she went to push the knife away, standing up in the process. Hands on her hips, Scarlett tossed her hair slightly, liking the feel of adrenaline flowing through her viens.
"Or what?" She almost sneered at the stranger.

[Aldea]

"Or what?"

Aldea tensed. S-she. S-she. But h-how? Aldea shook her head. No. Impossible. Aldea replaced her penknife and chewed on her lip. She shook her head again as a pain began to grow in her head. She gasped in pain and supported herself against the tree. It's happening again...Stop it! Stop it!

"Stop IT!" She screamed.

I've got to get out of here. She began backing away, towards the exit of the park.

[Scarlett]

Scarlett stared in complete disbelief - this girl had threatened her by knife point and was now backing away, screaming at her? Sighing, Scarlett knew she had been right not to worry.
"Don't make threats you can't follow through." She spitted out, almost snarling at the girl. Turning her back, she went and sat on a nearby bench, waiting to see what the stranger's next reaction would be. Personally, Scarlett thought she was either a complete kook or something was seriously wrong. After all, she had done nothing to spark such an intense reaction - or that was at least what Scarlett believed.

[Aldea]

"Don't make threats you can't follow through."

If it wasn't happening to her, she would've reached out and strangled her, and possibly stabbed her a few times too. But right now, Aldea could hardly even look at her. I-I've got to get out of here. She stumbled towards the gate of the park. Looking back at the girl she yelled out to her before finally exiting through the portal.

"I'll get you back, don't worry!"

[Scarlett]

Scarlett tutted at the girl - she half had a mind to chase after the girl and bite her. She only decided against it when she realised how sour someone like her would probably taste, Scarlett had experienced some mean characters in Eylsia, but still most of them had a reason - and hadn't directed their anger solely at her. She'd never seen this girl before, and she had no clue about her name, but she'd seen enough and heard enough to know that she would definetly recognise her again - should the girl find the courage to actually follow through with her somewhat lame promise.
Scarlett sighed as she leaned against the tree, it was so hard to control the anger inside her, and she was both anxious and embarassed by how quickly her temper had flared up - although, she did feel for once that it had been justified. Adding to her dissapointment was the promise she had wholeheartedly made to herself - that she would get away from her old life in order to escape violence. So much for that, she thought.
Pushing herself up the cold, yet somehow pleasing bark of the tree Scarlett returned to her previous standing position. Her encounter, whilst somehow making her feel awakened had shaken her somewhat, and she wanted to get to safety as soon as possible - for both her sake, and for any other cocky weakling she encountered. Gathering her small cape around her she strood towards the edge of the park and towards the portal, glancing up at the stars she had just originally intended to watch and relax with.

[Jade]

Jade walked into the park and gave a wistful sigh as she sat down. So much had changed in these last few months and anyone seeing her would have seem a girl who was clouded by pain, and deception. They would see a girl that seemed to have matured alarmingly fast but most of all they would see a girl, eighteen years old, feeling uncomfortable in her own skin. She mourned for the people whose streets had been swept by disease, and for the children to young to have deserved to experience such pain. With a sigh she stared up and could see the stars dance and sparkle and the flame of hope she had was rekindled again, stronger then ever. She got to her feet and headed towards her shop, unaware that this would only be the first time she visted the park this night.

[Mason]

Mason opened his eyes to the sight of many stars, he thought for a moment that he saw Kaeldra but he couldn’t have, it wasn’t possible. He and Jade walked hand in hand until they reached a small clearing. There was a secluded lake under it, small and beautiful, the stars reflecting in it. He found a tree where you could see the stars and the lake and sat down, pulling Jade down with him. Jade yelped slightly and looked at her hand; it had a cut across the palm made by a sharp rock. He picked up the same rock and cut his hand too then he held her cut hand with his. He could feel her blood pulsing into his veins and he spoke softly
This will bind us. he slowly pulled out a bandage from a small first aid kit in his pocket and wrapped both of their hands up then gave a content sigh as Jade put her head on his chest. And as they lie there he stroked Jade’s hair and wondered how it happened. He looked u at the sky and whispered
Thank you, you gave me a miracle. Now I have someone to live for.

[Jade]

Jade winced when the rock cut her hand, but when Mason cut his to and held their hands together she smiled and as he spoke she believed every word. When he bandaged their hands back together she could feel his blood pulsing through her veins. she scooted close and lied down next to him, she put her head on her chest and as he stroked her hair she was gently lulled to sleep, before she fell asleep though she mumbled to him
I love you. then fell into a deep sleep, dreaming about what was yet to come.

[Aeloru]

Aeloru walked resolutely through the streets, looking more like the part of a confident resident of Elysia, instead of the confused mewbie she really was. The cafe that the angel had carelessly mentioned was nowhere in sight. She was deeply frustrated as she passed another park.

The sky had became a dusky color, and the lack of city lights made the blanket of stars appear all the more brighter. Unconsciously, she reached into her pocket, but froze when the comforting edge of her i-pod was no where to be found.

"No. No. No...." she mumbled, as she frantically emptied her pockets. Oh God...$600 down the drain. Aeloru suddenly felt a numbness creeping into her fingers as the thought that she might've lost something precious to her began to get through to her. Shortly afterwards, it began raining. Aeloru cursed prettily, but continuing going through her pockets even as raindrops dribbled down her neck and made her bangs stick to her forehead.

Wide-eyed and shivering, she cradled her damp head in her arms for a moment before looking back up at the stars. They were hard to see now; just a few lucky ones that hadn't been hidden by the storm clouds. She hesitated for a moment, then sat down cross-legged on the ground where the grass dampened her butt, and let the fierce downpour drench her clothes.

Hunger and the cold, combined with the sudden loss of one of her most prized possessions made her impossibly nostalgic.

If mom was here... Aeloru laughed so hard that she cried, but then the laughter died and she was left crying.

[Usagi]

Usagi yawned. She'd been wandering about again and was exhausted. As she strolled into a nearby park, she collapsed beside a tree. She rested her head against the bark and stared up at the sky. There were only a few visible stars as the dark storm clouds masked the sky. Rain began pouring from the sky, covering the entire park with a gloomy blanket of rain.

Usagi loved the rain. She loved feeling the small droplets splash on her face, the water drenching her fur - or in this case, her clothes - and most of all, she loved the soothing feeling the rain gave her. As the rain poured down on her, she could would always feel her worries drain away from her and seep into the earth.

The rain drummed on the canopy of the tree. Usagi shifted her ears so she could listen to the rhythmic song of the rain more closely. Drum, drum, drum... But what was this sound? Usagi opened her eyes. It was hard to see with the rain pouring so heavily, that is for human eyes. Her gleamed gold as she shifted them. There was a girl weeping in the park. Her clothes stuck to her body as she allowed the rain to drenched her. She'll freeze.

Getting up, Usagi walked towards her. Pulling off her cloak, she draped it around the girl's shoulders.

'You shouldn't be sitting in the rain.' She said.

[Aeloru]

Aeloru was startled out of her reverie by a feeling of warmth blanket her. She looked up.

You shouldn't be sitting in the rain.

Aeloru raised an eyebrow and pursed her lips together in irritation, preparing to launch some witty remark back at the soft-spoken girl before her. But as she opened her mouth, she was suddenly inturrupted by possibly the world's worst timed sneeze. Aeloru winced and gave a weak laugh as she rubbed her nose with the back of her hand.

"Good point." and then looking around at the dreary surroundings added, "Any chance you know of a place where a chick can get something to eat? I'm starving, cold, and have no idea where I'm going." As if to prove her point, she sneezed again.

"Ahwgg..."

[Usagi]

"Good point. Any chance you know of a place where a chick can get something to eat? I'm starving, cold, and have no idea where I'm going."

Usagi became slightly concerned when the girl mentioned that she was lost. Does she not know the way to her Sanctuary? She was about to ask what she was when she sneezed, causing Usagi to be even more concerned. I'll get her something to eat first and then I'll find someone to help her.

'Sure I do, I know a cafe which is quite close to the park. Once you get something to eat we'll go and find help, okay?'

Without waiting for an answer, Usagi offered a hand to help her up and lead her to the Cosy Cafe. I just hope Daoine knows someone who can help.

[Jade]

Jade woke up to a cold layer of snow around her, while she slept her leg had been exposed and was now turning a light blue color, she tried to move it, it moved but had to feeling. She sighed and got up then stopped. Last night...just your mind playing tricks on you. she said, and made a vow in her head to never fall for that again. Wincing she made her way towards the portal, heading for the hospital.
